I felt like a character straight out of Sherwood Forest while wearing this outfit on Saturday. Over the knee boots with an oversized, belted sweater? Just call me Robin Hood (the Kevin Costner version, although I did love the Disney version growing up). The weather was surprisingly pleasant on Saturday, so I was able to wear this out and about without an additional overcoat--rare for January. Also, I totally forgot I had these Dolce Vita boots and shamefully, it's the first time I've worn them about a year. I just had to have last fall ('09!) and am a little embarrassed to admit that I haven't pulled them out of my closet this season until now.
